The staff members were very helpful and professional (especially Ali and Eren). They ensured our family of four felt safe during the entire stay. I appreciated that the hotel is just across the street from attractions like the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia.
The breakfast variety was a bit limited, offering the same options daily. I would have liked to see more variation in the breakfast menu.

The hotel is ideally located near many good restaurants and historical sites. It was very convenient to reach the Spice Bazaar using the tram. The main attractions, such as the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia, are just a short five-minute walk away.

the staff was helpful! ali and eren really stood out, especially with our two little kids. i loved that the hotel is just across the street from attractions like the blue mosque and hagia sophia. the hotel arranged our airport transfers too! the central location made everything so convenient.

The hotel is near major attractions. The staff speaks english well. The location is perfect. It is close to a tram, restaurants and landmarks.
The hotel room had paint stains. I saw stains on tables and beds. I also noticed human hair on the beds.
